Items discussed were Call to order 2:40 PM, old busness (2 new board members - filled teacher requests - school mascot costume for pet parade - members present 5 - more meetings with more notice), Treasure report, new business ( new checking account - reason for changing accounts - new treasure - date of BBQ -catering buiness for BBQ - found old address - 501-c-3 - Jana Arbow CPA doing more work for Alumni - membership letters at Historical Society - all state and federal dues are paid), Q and A, Next meeting at Super Burrito 1133 NW Wall on August 6th, 2010 at 5:00 PM. Meeting Adjournment - 3:08 PM.
